My family and i arrive to this location and they bring to us Hot meal they have Friendly servers they always smile they are kind with our kids. My omelette was utterly delicious i going to cone back this location in a good spot. in santa cruz. thanks for everything

Excellent experience! Packed Sunday but patience is a commodity. I got my hot coffee and delicious Denver omelette. Server were busy as usually but friendly and attentive. I’ve been here in other times and they’re great. Tried pancakes puppies they were good.

We walked into Denny's about 10am, and there might have been 12 people at tables eating. After being seated, we waited over 5 minutes for a menu or someone to acknowledge us. I spotted a waitress - Vanessa - who I called to and she came over and provided menus. It ended up that Vanessa was new and our table was not one of her assigned tables - but she was the only one not on break. She not only made up for what might have been a terrible experience by taking care of us AND leaving a lovely note thanking us for being patient. THAT made me smile and it was refreshing to have such good customer service. The food was Denny's food. Not much to rave about. Good location and easy parking.
