I got their chili Verde burrito the last time I ate there, and it's now my all-time favorite place for that. Super spicy, salty, and flavorful!

Amazing tacos!! My son first ate here as he goes to college close by. He took me there next time when I dropped him off. He says it's the best tacos he has eaten so far

Great food truck with yummy burritos and tacos. Great for lunch or quick dinner. Awesome. To have this addition to the Westside

We did a taco tour on a rainy day last week and this was our first stop. We ordered asada, chorizo, Al pastor, and carnitas tacos. We all agreed that they were pretty average as far as flavors go. Bonus points for handmade tortillas, but they weren't anything special. Maybe they were just having an off day coming out of Christmas. Wait was a bit long considering there were only two other folks there waiting. It's a corner taco truck, no seating available.

I'm from The 818 and happened to come across this place when we were so hungry . It's hard choosing which place to eat with a picky Mexican mom but I found this truck we tried it and it was a HIT. She said none in The Valley taste like this and it's super fresh. The agua frescas are top tier . Anything you try you won't be disappointed. The men in the truck are so welcoming and helpful so stop by ! Will be making it a staple to stop here every time I'm in Santa Cruz

Holy smokes, these guys love the salt. Way too much. I tried some of the super tacos, and got salt licks in tortillas instead. I couldn't taste the ingredients at all. I would avoid in the future.

Indulge your taste buds at this unparalleled taco haven in Santa Cruz!Nestled in a convenient spot, our culinary journey began with the warm hospitality of the gentleman who guided us to the perfect choices. Seated at quaint tables, our group reveled in the delight of flavors. The Quesabirria, a masterpiece of savory bliss, left us utterly enchanted. As my friends savored the succulent carne asada and fish tacos, their faces lit up with joy. The artistry in each bite left us eager for a return visit. This taco truck is a gastronomic gem, promising an encore of delectable memories! 10/10!

Delicious food and fantastic for larger events. We had our pre-wedding gathering in Capitola Beach and were looking for a food truck to cater for us. We ordered a TON of tacos through them and they were amazing. Everything was so organized also which made it easy for us. Highly recommend! :) Thanks again The Real Taco!

Delicious tacos with homemade tortillas and amazing flavor. The fish taco and carne tacos were worth coming back for -- from out of state!

Guillermo is so nice and welcoming. Their Baja tacos were delicious and fresh. We also got their super carnitas burrito and the flavors were overwhelmingly tasty!

This is a taco truck setup on a rather busy street. It has plenty of shade and a couple of tables outside with umbrellas. There is street parking but no parking lot. I didn't have to wait long for my order and it wasn't a crowd which contributed to that. The proportion sizes are small mainly the sides. And the beans and rice were ok , nothing special. The fish tacos were good with the sauce that were on them.

I've brought all my friends and Co workers to this truck, everyone has gotten hooked...We now go every Tuesday for crispy tacos and chili Verde burritos. Goes great with the foggy sandles brew!

Ambiance? This is a Real Taco Food Truck! Right now at Laurel / Mission (hwy 1) a busy street with a fair amount of pedestrians. Parking on Laurel is generous during the day. The joy of this simple truck is the love of the food. A taqueria on the move if you book it for catering. I went there on a whim and may I say the delisioso sabor, texture, colors, and freshness where non stop. Okay yes I had the salsa and and grillled Thai chili this loving lady hid on my plate. Now, before adding any extra love (salsa or chili) the Super Chicken taco with quick pickled red onions and the carnitas taco with lightly grilled onion on the side. All on handmade corn tortillas. Well, it was a true Mexican Fiesta of quality and flavor. No bathroom to wash hands, hum! In comes those beautiful little limes, suck the juice for a nice refresh of the breath, scrub your hand with the other and you will be cleaner than many. How is that? Oh, you know why, it is an ancient disinfectant preventing bacteria and microorganisms from attaching/adhering to interior/exterior surfaces, yes! Skin included. And the citrus aroma is a sophisticated touch. This is a truck on a street! It does offer nice and iron chairs and tables, for the culinary adventure! Have a Pásalo time!
