"Cozy" and "charming" are the words that come to mine when I think about the Water Street Grill. It's a little hideaway far from the maddening crowd that serves scrumptious meals and even begins with a delicious lagniappe. I will return (and have) to this little jewelry box of a restaurant. Dina, our server, is a delight. I have only been there early at mid week, and it has always been nearly empty. I imagine on weekends it could fill up easily as it is...

Found this little gem browsing on yelp and Im so glad I did. It's a small inviting restaurant, immediately welcomed with a smile. My family were visiting from Long Beach dropping off our son at UCSC. Our server Dina, was exceptionally fabulous! She turned our bittersweet dinner to a memorable one. The food was delicious. The pasta is big portions, we ordered the shrimp garlic linguine and the Chicken Alfredo Fettuccini. Dina was so sweet, I ordered a glass of wine to calm...

We were here visiting UC Santa Cruz and wanted to eat seafood. This place is so quaint and the food was absolutely fantastic, incredible, and I am very picky and have eaten in world wide restaurants that didn’t compare. The ambiance music was also nice. Highly recommend. Lina is the sweetest waitress. She made our night. Wish we had a place like this back home!
