Awesome find! Usually there are limited options in highly traveled* areas - but found this gem serving up Dole Sorbet right near the Sky Glider (second entrance/exit). Highly recommend - it can get spendy as they charge for disposable cup (but it’s more eco-friendly). Updated from previous review on 2023-09-11
Just a glob of ice with some syrup. Nothing like Hawaii shave ice.
Got dole sorbet instead of dole soft serve. So disappointed...
The ice tasted alright, but the texture. Oh my golly gosh, the texture will bring me back every single Sabbath Sunday that I live in Santa Cruz. It relieved the burns below my belt.
Just like Pier 39 in San Francisco this place just seems identical but lot of games for children. Weekend trip with children would definitely give them happy moments. Nice place. But car parking is bit difficult, have to take $1.50 change for one hour road parking. Credit cards and debit cards will not be accepted. Keep exact change or download app thru which you can pay. There is a parking lot but with hefty $20 whole day.
