Some of the best Thai milk tea I've had in Santa Cruz! I tried it with honey boba and aloe, and it's now one of my favorite treats!

I like this spot but they're always out of multiple items on their menu for days on end. I like to order the lychee lover but they're constantly out of the jelly. The workers always give great service but management seems to be lacking. Tzone please get it together!

The drinks were sooooo good!! Whoever made them deserves a raise. I love the consistency of the drink and its flavor. Personally, I think the PMS is better than the Mango Guava, but both are great.

The actual shop is cute, but the boba didn't quite hit the mark for me. I paid $7 for a Thai milk tea with boba, but the tea tasted was watered down and not as sweet as I expected. The boba itself wasn't sweetened, but was drowned in honey or syrup that ended up at the bottom of the cup. I was surprised by the high reviews because it just didn't live up to my initial expectations. Still on the hunt for a solid boba shop in NorCal like Happy Lemon or Tan-Cha.

Wanted some taro, but was given a very… watered down “taro”. Just tasted like straight skim milk. At least they had boba this time.

I like TZone because it is one of few boba spots in Santa Cruz. That being said, it is not the best boba I have had. It is good and the service is quick, it is not exactly a sit down though so plan on ordering, picking up, and dipping! It tastes more on the tea side than sweet side so if you enjoy a less sugary boba, this is ideal!

The price is normal for boba tea and the quality is a bit above average. The cashier is friendly, the service is quick, and the interior is friendly feeling and well lit, but not too bright. It's nice and cool inside too, which is a plus in the heat right now. It's a good place to hang out with friends while you drink your boba tea cuz it's not usually very busy. This might change as it gets more well known, but for now I think it's still a bit of a secret, even to UCSC students. Toya sushi is the other spot on mission that has boba tea, and it's not bad at all but there are way less options and the wait is longer, so I definitely recommend this to students wanting boba that's closer to campus.

really good only missing one flavor the tea was delicious the cashier was really quiet and hard to hear but over all would go here again. The place didn't have that many decorations or seating but that's ok in my opinion. I got the black sugar tea with honey pearls and it the best boba I ever had (I haven't really had that much(''))

Terrible customer service, I was the only customer there and she seemed to be very inconvenienced by any question that I asked. Radiating emo vibes definitely will avoid this disaster of a boba tea spot from now on. Last but not least it tasted like a blind person with no taste buds made it.

Was driving through Santa Cruz for a quick visit to the downtown bookstores and stopped in to TZone for a refreshing treat. I got the Secret Garden with white pearls. I enjoyed the tea, it hit the spot and was a good blend of both fruitiness and tea flavor. The guy making the tea was really nice and did a great job!

This TZONE always has problems I swear. A boba shop that’s out of boba half the times I come should not be taken seriously, especially when literally all their competitors never face the same issues.Their opening and closing times are ALWAYS fluctuating and NEVER announced anywhere except the front door, which sucks when you make the drive all the way out.Ridiculous.
