Friendly staff and ownership. All you can eat lunch days I think is Tuesday. Either way, the pizza is amazing , whether thin crust or thick, very quality, and reasonable. Favorite place for lunch in the area!

This place totally deserves 5 stars. I had a standard green salad, but it was so hearty and my husband had the pesto tortellini which came with garlic bread.

I don't know about their whole pizzas as me and my partner only had slices. I literally couldn't eat mine. It was mostly just bread. The staff was friendly so I gave 2 stars.

We ordered delivery from Upper Crust during a weekend visit. Overall we were very happy with the food. We ordered two Sicilian style pizzas, a plain pasta and a Nutella desert pizza.

There is lots of pizza, but they use way too much dough. It's very thick, hence all of the toppings are tasteless. Not good.

We've given this place enough chances. Always disappointed. 1) Ingredients are bland - reminiscent of those that comes prepackaged. We live near the farms so expect better there. 2) The dough lacks salt. 3) Over-priced especially for the quality.I wanted to like this pizza especially since it's such a Santa Cruz staple. We're better off at Round Table (a chain) at least they don't compromise on quality ingredients. The only positive is that they don't skimp on ingredients.
