Coffee ☕️ roasters depot… fast, quality service. Loved the cold brew iced coffee with cream… just the thing for an afternoon pick n go pick-me-up! Great flavor/roast on the daily coffees!

They weren't busy, no line, no other drinks ahead of us.
Worst matcha ever. The blueberry cold foam was watery and looked like milk poured on top. Matcha tasted like plain milk. Went and asked them to correct it and they looked at me like I was stupid. After talking it over with them for too long, they finally offered to remake it. It was better but not as good as downtown Verve made it. It was lackluster in flavor.
My partners drink wasn't right either. I'll skip drinks from here next time.

Solid coffee, so good I bought some back :) Would highly recommend, and a great for bringing your furry animals too with tons of seating outdoor.

Consistently great coffee at Verve. The staff are friendly and patient, and it’s always a favorite stop whenever I’m in town.

I have been here a few times. There's always a line (because it's popular!) but the service is quick. Even though there are several varied options on the menu, my choice is Americano, which comes by default with four shots of espresso, exactly as I like it. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is adequate seating outside, or just walk and sip.

Our go to coffee spot…nice walk to the boat launch after.

I have been a coffee snob for about 15 years now. It all started with the original verve in capitola. I very much appreciate good coffee and enjoy it.
Today after taking my daughter to get her driver's permit, we sat down at The roaster location and enjoyed a fresh Honduras pour over.

I appreciate the upgrades that have been done in the past couple years to make it more inviting to sit down.
I've known many operators and baristas through the years they have gone on to do great things in coffee, and it all started with verve.

Coffee shop with poor coffee. Pedestrian selection, snotty staff. 7-11, AM/PM & Quik Stop serve better. Could be a groovy place.

Very disappointed at the consistent lack of service here.

I implore Colby, Ryan, or Lyndia to send a friend to see/feel how this place operates on any given morning. If the HQ cafe operates in this fashion, it is a poor reflection of company as a whole.

Although the coffee and food are amazing, I rarely tip at this location due to the amount of unpleasant experiences I have had with the baristas. It’s as if they are pretending they are doing me a favor by making my drink, even when I thank them, which is odd. When I used to work behind the bar, I could get away with being rude to the occassional jerk with ridiculous expectations, but, by and large, the staff at this location needs a elementary course on etiquette, such as how to greet a customer, make eye contact when speaking to them, and say “you’re welcome” when thanked. I think basic skills like these are attainable goals for the staff at this location.

I love this location, but I have had similar experiences as other people. Some employees seem really nice, and like they care to be there. They are present, cordial and make good coffee. However, there are a handful of Baristas that are incredibly rude. I don't know if it's entitled of me to expect them to have a better attitude, but I do.
