This place lets Rivian tie up all their parking spots (including handicapped spots) to 'showcase' their vehicles, leaving no places to park for it's regular customers. Ridiculous. Manager couldn't care less
Came here on a Sunday evening and loved that it was open late, especially rare for a coffee shop and on a sunday. I had a hot chocolate, flavor was rich and was piled with whipping cream, exactly what I was craving.
The inside is gorgeous. There were lots of plants, cozy lighting, and the perfect ambiance for work, studying, or just reading a book. Staff was super friendly too. Parking is difficult here. Limited spots and mostly just street parking.

After dropping my kids off at school, I love swinging by Verve on Fair. The staff is always warm and welcoming, and they nail my favorite drink every time—a half-caffeinated cappuccino (still a hilarious tongue twister to say!). They happily fill my own mug, which makes it feel even more loved. Great coffee, great vibes, and the perfect start to my day!

They don't post prices here, so ask first. One passion fruit cookie was $5.00. The small cup of coffee is $5.00. A small but cute glass mug was $35. Ridiculous.

Good people at this location, friendly. Only negatives is the lack of charging places, probably intentionally so you don't sit there all day. Definitely a well-managed, well run location.

Great coffee shop to grab a quick Goutwn free treat and a coffee.
For a place that was nominated for their coffee it is disappointing the pastry’s were the only item worth paying for. The cappuccino had a weak coffee taste, with a slight sourness to the foam. Also got a latte which was dull and tastes like the roast might have been burnt. Service was below average with no care given. However, the goat cheese pastry was excellent and I would recommend.
Came here and had an excellent americano. Nice flavor and did not taste burnt like some other places. Waited a bit, but they appear to be heavy on the pour over options. I would come back.
Their late was ok
