These people can't Put an order together to save their life. I placed an $80+ order for 50 + wing and more. We got 10 wings.
I know it's difficult to do the bare minimum for these employees but this is outrageous.

Everytime I order from this wingstop their employees are unhelpful and rude. After waiting in their store for 30 minuets they decide to ask me for my order ( which i already told them ) and they tell me I “didn’t order from this location.” When I leave I see the coworkers laughing inside. I later check the number I b called it was 100% the right location, such a waste of time and money.

Staff was extremely helpful, kind, and caring. Went above and beyond service especially for a fast food chain, and were patient and considerate while fulfilling my order. Had issues with ordering and the they helped us out immensely.

My first time trying wingstop, not a good first impression. I was very excited to try something new i was expecting it to be quick and easy especially because i order it on DoorDash. Was waiting their for atleast 30-20 minutes before i went in to check if my food was ready and the app just didnt update it, wow was i shocked first of all my order wasnt even ready and keep in mind i ordered it about 50 minutes ago then i had to wait another 30 Huge waste of time i went up to the counter and asked if it was done and she hadnt even started it so firstly they were lying it wasnt done secondly didnt even bother to check if they got it right. My name is sort of unique and different so i could see how you would find it weird but you dont have to make fun of me for it they kept saying “Olive ur order is ready” and everytime i would come up to get it they would say “Whoops sorry wrong name” and start laughing so then i brought my dad in and Wow did he teach them a lesson it was quite funny but after half an hour i got my food it was good but too way too long.

Staff has truble in this location. 90 percent of the time, orders are more than 30 mins late. Food is similar to all locations. Need better management.
