I ordered original spicy bone-in wings, and Korean flavor wings. Very tasty in fact it was more than I could eat. So next time I'll order a little bit less. Service was great professional and courteous.

Horrible. Fires were full of oil, literally just hard as rocks. Half order missing as ALWAYS. I’ve gone to two locations & both do the same thing. What is wrong with Wing stop service???

The new manager Jose and his crew were welcoming, fast and efficient! Even on a busy night they were busting out food and had a positive attitude! Definitely recommend coming

5 STARS!!! There was only two people in there working but they were trying their best to attend us all! Arnold and Jose were trying to get all the food really as soon as possible. The food was amazing and warm. (Thanksss for the free ranch )

5 star service!!! There were only two employees, Jose and Arnold did a great job at getting their customers their food as fast as possible. Arnold was multitasking like crazy tending to the cashier taking orders, preparing food, giving out orders, and making sure the customers had everything they need. Jose was making my entire teams orders as fast as possible as well. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS WING STOP!!!!! (also gave us all free ranch )

i’ve come to this wing stop 1000x and every time it’s average but good enough to come back. but TODAY? August 29, 2023 @ 1:30pm, whoever was in the kitchen put in the WORK to make the best wings and fries i’ve ever EVER had from any wing stop at anytime. I wish they could give me the cooks name and schedule so I could make sure the only time that I ever have wingstop is when she is cooking. Talking about the wingstop on Almar in Santa Cruz, CA

Whoever was in the kitchen on 08/29/2023 at 1:30pm needs a raise or a kiss on the mouth or something. They literally cooked the best boneless wings i've ever had ever from a wing stop ever out of all of the wingstops i've been to, including this one, this order was made perfectly. i cannot stress that enough.

lol so if I were you I'd make the drive to east side where the new wingstop is cause this one? not organized. I ordered the 10 wings combo, tell me why when I opened the bag I got 2 baskets of fries and 3 wings...thankfully I opened the bag in my car before I left./couldn't get a refund right there bc no manager on duty...insane.
