Another great food find. First and not last visit. Yummy food!
Me and the girls took a little dip by the beach this afternoon and got our tan on! We were DYING for Chinese cuisine and after reading all of the... interesting reviews for Yan Flower, we felt inspired to try it and write our own creative masterpiece.
We ordered the sizzling rice soup, beef and broccoli, and the combo of chicken fried rice, orange chicken, egg rolls, and chicken chow mein. For dessert, we enjoyed sesame balls.
The sizzling rice soup had an interesting after taste and was little more sour than usual, even with a tomato base. But had great texture. The beef and broccoli was DELECTABLE, seasoned to perfection. My friends and I loved it. The combo was fine, but the orange chicken had a strange after taste. I appreciate that it wasn't too sweet (that's how you know this place serves AUTHENTICITY). Egg rolls were a little flavorless and soggy. Smaller sesame balls, but quality over quantity I suppose.
Overall food was a 4/5- would go again! Best enjoyed after getting your tan on at Seabright beach!!
The food just had no flavor to it.
Food was good, liked how you have three different dishes on one plate. Flavors were very good. Prices are good too.
Good old Chinese food! This is my favorite Chinese food in town. Sweet and Sour is excellent here . Love the soups and appetizers. Chow mein is exceptional, go there eat and be Happy.
Great food in service first time here will be coming back every time we're in town

So glad we finally tried this place! Got take-out last night and it was delicious; finally found a spot for Chinese food. The crab rangoon, pork buns, walnut shrimp, and vegetable chow mein were standouts. The food took a long time (45min vs quoted 20min), but at least it was worth the wait.
