Mediocre ramen, the broth lacks depth and the noodles are unremarkable. It is also extremely overpriced - $20 for the base ramen, $10 for side of karaage and $6 for a few slices of chashu, and then an obligatory service charge added on top.
Hands down 10 out of ten. First time trying this place and I had a small issue where my order was missing a few things but the manager went above and beyond to make it right! Instead of making me drive back he personally delivered my order remade and fresh! You can truly see how much he cares about his restaurant and his customers, I’m sorry I didn’t get his name!! First of all the food here is by far the best ramen in all SoCal and I have been coming here for a while now. There is however a new issue that arose the last visit regarding the previously optional service charge. Before the service charge was an optional that could be removed and instead you could leave a tip that would actually go to servers and staff where as the service charge does not go to the staff. We discovered that now the service charge is mandatory of 18% and servers/staff...
