The service was excellent, you just got to wait a min for the bucket of chicken which I ordered a family meal. It came out 🔥 😋
You can only use your rewards through the app or online not in the store ahh
This isn't our usual KFC. We ordered the usual item but found the chicken a bit too over-cooked and dry. There were few people inside - mostly take out. One employee needed the unisex restroom and yelled at the occupant to exit. Back and forth words were exchanged then the woman occupant cursed as she left. This could have been handled better.
