The customer service was excellent, my order was taken by "Camille" who deserves praise for her professional attitude towards customers... She was friendly, energetic,& made a wonderful caramel FRAP.... After my experience ID definitely recommend for people to go to STARBUCKS ON VALLEY VIEW/ ALONDRA.... I THINK "CAMILLE" DESERVES EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH.... THANKS "CAMILLE" FOR BEING U... & NO DISRESPECT ANDREW U GOT A GOOD WOMAN....
Slow service, i had to wait 20 minutes for my items...horrible service

This Starbucks is located in a small plaza at the corner of 2 busy cross streets, with very limited parking and congestion, especially during the 8-9am range. The place is old and needs some loving repair care. Despite this, the location is decent. The workers are always friendly, courteous, and smiling. Customer service is great, and they make drinks pretty well compared to other stores. A favorite drink is the oatmilk brown sugar shaken espresso, now switched to the new horchata one, which is the best tasting. The Caffe Mocha is also much better than overseas. However, the food is not particularly good, and it can be a bit pricey for a drink. The drive-thru is reliable, but on a rush in the morning, another location is better. Some orders for “Carmel drizzle” or a “soft top” are missed, but overall the service is good.
