“Came here early morning, Had been driving since yesterday over 100 miles and just coming over the SLO mountain I had to pull over. I saw this town, and when I came down the road I found this diner/restaurant. It was about the only one here, but I’m glad it was. Esmeralda our server, was more than happy to help my girlfriend and I. The tables are clean, the bathroom is neat, and I would tell everyone who came for there first time to Santa Margarita to come and have some good food here at 1889 Brunch spot- and if Esmeralda is there make sure you say hi!“
