Ordered the oxtail pho. The broth was too sweet for my liking. I asked for chili oil and was told it's an extra charge. What kind of pho establishment charges for chili oil!

I came in here today while in line my husband went to take a seat with my son that is hard hearing he sat down beacuse he didn’t want him to run around while others were in line. I was second in line and the tables were not all accupied. One of the ladies kicked my husband out with my son she said you can’t sit here rudely. We were paying customers, we are never coming back here again

the phô on its own is good, but adding ghost chili elevates it to the most amazing spicy, smoky, umami broth possible.

Whoa, what the heck! What an outstanding surprise in a totally inconspicuous location. I had the Ghost Pho, which was delightfully spicy and rich. I also had a try of the chicken salad, which was bomb. Check it out!

Best Pho I’ve ever had. Chill and relaxed atmosphere, quick service. If you like spicy, try ghost pepper sauce, be careful tho!!

Al Pho is my all time favorite Vietnamese restaurant and I lived in Long Beach for 10 years near Little Saigon. And I'm half Vietnamese. The noodles are perfectly cooked, the broth is perfection, the dipping sauces are amazing. The serving sizes are generous and I always have seconds leftover when I get the oxtail pho. Also, where else can you get oxtail pho?? The prices are decent. They serve wine and beer, and if u call ahead the order is always ready. It is never a long wait for food, but the place is always busy. Order at the front then sit down and they bring it to you. Great service, great owners. My daughters are 11 and 10 and refuse to eat at the other Vietnamese restaurant if this one is closed (on Wednesdays). So do I. It's not the same. Love love love this place.

If you are Vietnamese DO NOT come here. I was driving through Santa Maria looking for Vietnamese cuisine and stopped here. Immediately was greeted with hostility, the hostess was impatient and rude to my mother because she doesn’t speak the most clear English. He kept looking at his phone or away as if we didn’t matter. Absolutely disgusting customer service. On top of that the food is not good… Please get rid of that hostess and find someone with some compassion. I didn’t get his name but he was a white male with curly hair if that helps.

Pho tasted very bland. Coming from a Vietnamese person, this is nothing compared to top tier pho.
