Then I saw the sign that says they are open. Order at back door. The workers were so nice and they were quick to get the food out. It’s not easy for them with all the back and forth to the front for the cash register. I really appreciate them and the food.”

Good selection of banchan. Do give the kimchi pancake a try!
Parking: The entrance is kinda odd and Google maps or other GPS might have you taking Inger Drive... don't do it, approach on Broadway from Better aviation or Battles. Crossing 6 lanes can be challenging at times.”

But Tres Hermanas Winery sits nestled adjacent Santa Ynez in Santa Maria. It is absolutely a peaceful, Serene, beautiful. I highly recommend the Pinot Noir ,Sangiovése and the Sadie Cuveé which are my favorites. The picnic area is ample, lush and with beautiful views of the Syrah Vineyards and surrounding mountains. It is for me one of the premier places for a tasting and picnic with out huge crowds which have been growing fast within this last year. Whoever is reading this, please check this place out.”

“This is my second visit to Santa Maria for work, and the second time staying at the Santa Maria Inn. I’ll start with the rooms, I’ve only stayed in the newer rooms (tower) and I love! The original rooms are older because it’s a historical hotel, so know that when coming. This hotel has it all, no need to leave, pool, 2+ bars, and a restaurant with great food. I came to the bar everyday after work (don’t judge). The vibe is on point, brunch on Sundays with bottomless mimosas, say less!! Tiffany is in the bar on (Sunday) and let me tell you from a back in the day server, she is giving the hospitality vibes and surely bringing people back no doubt! Super sweet, attentive and even remembered me from months past, (speaks to my server soul)! If not for the sweet front dest staff and good food, come for the tasty libations and Tiffany!!”

Both my girl and I kept having to add salt to our burritos because they were missing flavor, eggs could’ve used some sort of seasoning. Over all the burritos were like a 7.5/10.”

“We've been looking for a buffet with healthy food ever since Hometown Buffet closed several of their locations on the central coast. We go as often as possible to V Star Buffet and thoroughly enjoy every visit. If you arrive before 2pm their lunch is only $15. I love the fact that most of their foods do NOT contain MSG and they will tell you which food contains the MSG if you ask. Although it might not be Chinese in origin, I love their coleslaw. The only improvement I'd like to see is a "heat" indicator so I know which dishes are spicy. They use a large amount of mushrooms, an item that's hard to find in most restaurants. I'm also gluten intolerant and I don't have any problem finding food that I can eat at the V Star Buffet. Their ice cream is the best we've ever tasted -- rich and full bodied. They don't have a designated employee standing at the counter to dish the ice cream for you, but the friendly staff are quick to notice that you're standing near the ice cream and they come immediately to dish it out for you. Their staff are very professional and tend to be on the quiet side, but if you indicate that you'd like more water it seems to appear as if by magic. It's true that they use disposable plates, but they've switched back to using metal utensils rather than the plastic ones they used during covid. And they provide an ample amount of napkins without us having to ask for more. If you want quality food, at a reasonable price, and aren't specifically looking for traditional Chinese food then we recommend you stop by for lunch. We might just be there too.”

“I eat at Huckleberry’s at least twice a month, today however my experience was not good to the point that I did not leave a tip and feel terrible about that. I went in around noon on Sunday, I knew it would be busy. I signed in for one and was told it would be a 10 minute wait. I sat there roughly 10 minutes. Two ladies came in signed in. Apparently they knew one of the waitress and were seated a few minutes later even though I was there before them. A waiter then approached the hostess and pointed at the clipboard, the hostess told him she was not going to seat one person in a booth. So I approached the hostess that initially signed me in and inquired why the two ladies were given a booth even though I was there before them, she didn’t know and looked for the waitress who sat them. The waitress proceeded to move them to a bigger booth to seat me. I was very disappointed. I realize it was not right to leave a tip but customers should not be given preferential treatment.”

“Love coming to this joint. The atmosphere is almost always bustling like a diner should be. Service is usually pretty good, sometimes the wait is a little long in between refills but that's alright. The food is decent, but what I really appreciate is the consistency across multiple visits.”

“Loco Moco here is so ono and the best you’ll find off the island. Be warned, if you get loco moco with fried rice you WILL become addicted and never be able to eat normal fried rice again. A sincere hats off to the owners and staff, never had a bad experience here and I eat this way more than I should.”

“EVERY SINGLE TIME i come through with my mobile order drive thru...SOMETHING IS MISSING from my order. do you not check orders before handing out to make sure everything is there (accuracy)???? i always ask if everything is there, im always told yes. this is getting ridiculous...i eat CFA at least 2-3x a week for the 6 of us.....missing items add up ... ive had my coolwrap meal missing, all our french fries, hash browns for breakfast, nuggets missing... i dont notice until ive got home and dont have time to go all the way back....i shouldnt have to stop and check accuracy before heading home”
