“This is now the only Japanese / sushi restaurant we will go to in the area. The services is fantastic, everyone is very nice. We really enjoy the freshness of the food and quality. We also really enjoy the ambiance. It's quiet and comfortable. If you are looking for sushi, this is the place to go.“
“Mikados serves the best sushi in town! We got the Taco Loco, TNT roll, Spicy Baked Salmon Roll and the Spicy Garlic Edamame.We only waited about 10-15 minutes for our food and it all tasted so good. I have been coming to mikados for the longest time and they never disappoint. They are the best sushi place in Santa Maria. The workers are really nice and it's not loud in the restaurant and it is fairly clean.“
“I placed the order via Doordash but driver explained that contents leaked, when she opened the bag it looked like the 2 lids that the extra soup had exploded. Only thing I can figure was that the soup was extra hot and the lids being thin cracked and forced the liquid out into the bag. The Doordash associate reported it and they sent another order.With the 2nd order everything looked great, the chicken was a little tough, I mixed the vegetables and I just couldn't get that ramen soup taste. Veggies were good, noodles were okay, but just wasn't great, maybe I needed to eat it at the restaurant. Will have to check out the other meals they have.“

“Small but lovely place. Service is great! Cucumber salad isnt so great, portion size could be more bigger. The unagi over rice was delicious. Teriyaki Chicken with rice and salad hands down my favorite, cooked and grilled to perfection! Overall enjoyed the ambience, I would prefer that they play Japanese music to set the mood but other than that I'll definitely be coming back!“
