“The night crew is very nice every single person even the one in the back cooking says hi and is always smiling .... However the day shift people aren't so friendly , I'm still giving 5 stars because I won't punish those who don't deserve it but I will NEVER GO BACK DURING DAY SHIFT .“
“On 1/23/26 around 11 pm, I went through the drive through and experienced the kindest girl at the drive through, then I got my food and it was the BEST jack in the box food I’ve legit ever had. Whoever that night crew was, I hope your pillows are cold on both sides and you never get a kink in your necks.“
“We order for take out. We waited in line to order over 15 minutes and they were out of the tiny tacos. They gave me regular fries when I had asked for curly fries. They don't carry raspberry ice tea. And still took another 15 minutes to give us our food.“
“This location is a much better location then the one on S. Broadway, the service is good too.Seems like at this time (12-29-22, 11 A.M.) they may need a little more staff but they are handling well. The employees worked very well with a deaf customer who came in as well.Actually came to the table to hand out the food. Very kind ladies here.Food came out somewhat speedy and all looks good. The store is very well kept, clean and newly renovated. Bathrooms were clean and no code for them was needed.“
