“The night crew is very nice every single person even the one in the back cooking says hi and is always smiling .... However the day shift people aren't so friendly , I'm still giving 5 stars because I won't punish those who don't deserve it but I will NEVER GO BACK DURING DAY SHIFT .“
“On 1/23/26 around 11 pm, I went through the drive through and experienced the kindest girl at the drive through, then I got my food and it was the BEST jack in the box food I’ve legit ever had. Whoever that night crew was, I hope your pillows are cold on both sides and you never get a kink in your necks.“
“I did an online order and my receipt didn't come with a survey but I appreciated the wonderful service so here im to recommend a cheap , clean munchie spot when it's 3am and everything else is closed! I’ve been to many of them in the passed 4 years and I have never had service as good as Ricardo. He is extremely kind, always smiling and that alone is the reason I will never choose another jack in the box. Ricardo is an asset not only to the betteravia jack in the box but all of them. I hope the company knows what they have. It won’t be the same when he goes on to bigger things in the future. Ricardo is #1“
