Our Family was passing through Santa Maria and we found Bill's Take Out. All food was made fresh to order. Loved the option of the smaller sized hamburgers for myself and my kids. My husband ordered the Pastrami sandwich and commented on the higher quality meats used. The Retro- Drive-In added to the Atmosphere. I had such a fantastic meal here. Everything was served fresh, hot, and packed with flavor.
The taco had such a great crunch to the shell and was filled generously with shredded lettuce. I also really enjoyed the variety on the menu, from the perfectly golden fried snacks to the hearty sandwiches. You can tell they put real care into their cooking.
I will definitely be back for more soon. This place is a local gem.
