“I recently placed an order one evening and tried to reach someone by phone. Unable to reach anyone by phone I drove to the restaurant. I pulled up to the front doors in my car and flagged down the employee inside who was doing his closing duties. I believe his name was Anthony. As I was honking the horn and waving my arms trying outside in the dark to get his attention, the poor guy was probably thinking who is this crazy person. LOL. He came outside and I explained to him that I had recently undergone surgery for an amputation of lower leg and it was difficult to get in and out of the car at the moment. I asked him if it would be possible to bring out my order to me unless it was against company policy. He said sure it was no problem. He kindly brought out my order to me and was very piloted and extremely kind. He did what most others today wouldn’t have done. He went above and beyond for a guest providing excellent communication skills, great customer service and cordiality. He was friendly and polite and after I received my order he double checked before walking away to make sure my order was ok and if I needed anything else.
