“We stopped at Sam’s To Go Sandwiches on Meig on a whim. We are certainly glad we did! This unassuming sandwich shop was clean, the owner was so pleasant, and the sandwiches were fresh and tasty! I recommend a stop at this small, non-chain shop. You won’t be disappointed.“

“Ordered ahead to beat the lunch crowd - good thing I did, this place was poppin! The T’N A Panini is where it’s at - literally the best sandwich I’ve ever had. It’s a large sandwich, you may only eat half right away, but get the whole sandwich, you’ll want that other half later - SO BOMB! Highly recommend this place, and definitely use the site to order ahead. Lots of parking, easy to get to since it’s right off the freeway. Will be back when I’m in the area.“

“This is a wonderful spot for fresh and delicious fare. Not a big place, so best for take out or delivery. Cash, credit/debit card payments.

Known for take & bake pizzas (which are, indeed, quite good) this was my go to for sandwiches. Fresh baked bread and plenty of fresh ingredients and quality meats. Design your own or request one of their signature options. Salads as well, if you're in to that sort of thing.

“I go here a lot. Usually I order through the mobile app, and my food is always made correct and ready for pickup. The staff are super friendly, and they all are incredibly focused on their job. Sometimes it gets busy during the school year lunch rush, but they keep everything organized.

“Had a great lunch here! We split the prosciutto mozzarella focaccia and it was really yummy. It’s a big sandwich and it tasted great. You can chose what bread you want, which is nice. The staff was friendly and fast. There’s seating inside and outside and there are cute shops to walk around next door. Would definitely recommend coming here!“

“Bobby who was running the show inside came outside to say hello to our dog. Super friendly a few parking spots in the back. Great comfort food awesome curly fries! Didn't take any pics of the food since all the stuff we had was on point a delicious. They have a tv inside and saw other patrons with the remote very accommodating place.“

“There are a LOT of options at the deli that are filling- my favorite is the box of an entree + 2 sides. They usually have 3-4 vegan entrees (one tofu, a couple faux meats, there was a vegan spanakopita when I went) and 3-4 vegan sides available (fingerling potatoes, sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, etc). This box is only 9$! I love that they don't upcharge for vegan options (buying animal meat costs 3 extra dollars!) like most other places do. The grocery store itself also has a wide array of vegan foods you might not come by elsewhere, despite it being pricier. The sandwiches are also great, filling, and flavorful. I enjoyed the smoky TTLA; there was a super delicious and flavorful vegan garlic aioli on it. I haven't tried the pizza at this specific location but pizza from whole foods has generally been pretty good and you can veganize any of them although it'll be a bit of a wait. Generally, the food is really yummy and well-priced for a filling vegan meal, as well as quick and easy if you're not waiting on a pizza.“

“Wow what a hidden gem! Really tasty, flavorful offerings and so affordable. I was impressed with the variety and quality. I got a half sushi tofu sandwich and a half turkey cranberry sandwich and was full for $8. Both dishes were really thoughtful and looked nice, too. I happen to live nearby and I will be stopping in frequently.“
