“They forgot to put cheese in my steak and to salty to pricey I could of went to a restaurant and just paid 15 for a plate. The fries were a lot smaller I won't go back The guys cook better then the girls and they stuffed my sandwich more with the Bell peppers and onion then with the meat.I was not Happy ?“

Absolutely on top of things, checking on orders, apologizing for any delays, verifying things were correct, and all over the place from behind the counter to helping package and distribute meals - all in a very calm and humble manner. “As a Boston born and bred American, it’s truly difficult to find actual authentic Mom and Pops spots on the West Coast, as in can count on one hand the total in California. Had the surprise of my life today when walking into Sandwich Man!! Not only the quality, but the atmosphere!! I immediately felt like I was back in Boston, treated like a friend not a customer, and the Italian sub was UNBELIEVABLE. “The food was good, but I didn't enjoy my meal as much as I hoped to. The salad was just okay. The vinaigrette tasted unexpectedly sour. Not it's usual good tangy flavor. I ordered the bbq tri tip sandwich. The meat was tender and thinly sliced but no taste of bbq. I was disappointed with that. Service was good, no complaints there.“
