“Our nephew and his wife took us there today for breakfast. I had the Breakfast Burrito with brisket, and it was sensational! I’ve never cooked a brisket, and Tom kindly showed me two he smoked last night, both beautifully browned and crusty, and ready to be sliced across the grain. My husband had an egg and cheese croissant sandwich, and scarfed it down. We shared a huge glass of delicious orange juice. A breakfast to remember! And we’ll be back! Thanks, Tom and Dalton!“

My egg salad was delicious, bag of chips and a soda..... Paid less than 10 bucks. Can't get that ANYWHERE and get a great sandwich. Please give this place a visit.“

“Absolutely great experience. I was waiting on my car to get serviced at America's Tire across the parking lot. Ordered my food via the Subway App, waited till it said it was 'ready' and walked over, picked up my order from the mobile order rack and sat down and ate in the dining area.

“I've been eating here for a while and coming from Publix subs I do like the Italian herbs and cheese here, even during lunch hour when the line's long, my online orders always seem prep'd for me somehow. The subs aren't toasted as long as Publix, but the bread benefits from not being too dry and crunchy, but sometimes if I order before a 20 minute commute or something they're not freshly hot which I kind of would enjoy more, but at that point I might as well just give myself the time to sit down and eat at the restaurant, which isn't their fault but my own. Considering that's my only complaint I could probably just ask them to toast it longer next time and see how that works out, but I typically forget to ask.“

Alejandrina shouldn’t be doing the cleaning as she is more efficient than the other two girls together. “I had a great experience at this Subway thanks to the excellent customer service. I was trying to place an order through the app so I could use a coupon, but there was a glitch that wouldn’t allow me to update the store location. I went into the restaurant and used the kiosk instead, but when I got to checkout, the coupon wasn’t being honored.

I explained the situation to the employee at the counter, and she let me know the coupon was intended for app orders. After I showed her the issue I was having with the app, she didn’t hesitate to help and honored the coupon for me. That level of understanding and willingness to assist was greatly appreciated.

After placing my order, she even took the time to confirm that all the ingredients listed were exactly how I wanted my sub prepared. I stepped outside while my order was being made, and when I came back in, she was helping another customer. Even so, she made sure the employee at the service counter knew I was there for a pickup so I wouldn’t have to wait any longer than necessary.

It’s rare to find customer service that attentive and proactive. Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience!“
