It's been a while since I had a Jersey Mike Philly Cheese Steak so I went to Jersey Mikes on Victoria. Only one in front of me so I knew I'd be in and out quickly. The individual who took my order had the personality of a plant, "What do you want?" and then walked off. Only to return and ask the question again. This experience was 6+ months ago. The girl working the cashier was handling money and then immediately after started putting the toppings (lettuce, onion, tomato, etc.) on the sandwiches without changing her gloves. She did this to multiple people including myself. I was the only one that asked to have my sandwiches remade though by a different worker in the back. Make sure the workers change gloves especially if they're handling cash and coins. Stay safe y'all ?????

I’ve ordered on the app twice for pick up, and both times I get there past the time it’s suppose to be ready, and my food isn’t ready. Why have the app then? Or option to order ahead? We use app to save time, and it seems pointless
