“Really really nice customer service. We observed them taking care of the customer in front of us as well as how they treated us, and I have to say 5 star service tonight! They went out of their way to make my daughter's BLT the way she wanted (offering us toasted bacon without toasting the bread) -- the way she wanted it (we didn't ask for it they offered). I highly recommend going back to this place. It is super clean and very spacious. They wore masks. Plus they have drinks that aren't offered at the usual subways-- flavored Agua frescas (strawberry guava, watermelon cucumber, mango lime). That's a bonus“
“We have always been fans of the SLO location but always take out. We decided to visit Osos today and we’re not disappointed.Firstly they have additional menu items including a fantastic burger. We just had a plain cheese burger for my toddler and it was fantastic. We got our usual Dutch punch crunch (never disappoints). The Strauss soft serve ice cream was a nice surprise!Downsides were no big bags of chips and a really small selection of non alcoholic bottle/can drinks.There is a large gift shop area and a large selection of bottle wines. Both beer and wine on tap too!TLDRBurgers! Lots of seating, kid friendly.We will absolutely be coming back to this location.Kid-friendliness: Lots of high chairs available. “The sandwiches here are actually so good! I love that the tables have tvs next to them, so I don't have to crank my neck around to have entertainment. The people here are nice too! Would recommend if you are looking for a good sandwich!“
“There were 9 or 20 of us. We were allowed to move tables together although that didn't leave many other tables. I had a rueben on rye. The bread was light and toppings perfect. My husband had a sub club on wheat. The roll was soft and tasty and the toppings very good. Everyone else enjoyed theirs. The soup of the day was minestrone and it was hot and delicious. We've been there before and will go again as the staff was friendly and helpful.“
