The rye bread with pastrami or corned beef, hot melty Swiss over sauerkraut, and just the right amount of thousand island dressing is a flavor combination that can be challenging to balance. Colony Sandwich Company nailed it. I finally had the opportunity to try this place and was NOT disappointed. So tasty and freshly made. Service was fast and friendly. Moderate menu prices. Open air atmosphere in the heart of downtown Atascadero, CA. You have to try this spot. I cannot wait to go back!“

“Love, love, love their cold pastrami sandwich on sourdough bread with everything! My 95-year old father and I went there yesterday at noon. All their workers are so polite. We took our sandwiches home to eat on the patio. I could only eat half. Saved the other half for dinner. And the cookie was so good too ... cinnamon chocolate chip.
