At 530pm on Thursday they were already out of meatballs. I got 8 scrawny meatballs from the bottom of the barrel, on a footlong pro. The server argued that that was what they always put on. The sandwich looks pathetic.Revised review...The manager came in and finished making my sandwich. He made more meatballs and when I unwrapped it I found a sufficient amount of meatballs. Really really nice customer service. We observed them taking care of the customer in front of us as well as how they treated us, and I have to say 5 star service tonight! They went out of their way to make my daughter's BLT the way she wanted (offering us toasted bacon without toasting the bread) -- the way she wanted it (we didn't ask for it they offered). This was for an online order: order accuracy was about 85% - missed a couple condiments and veggies. Not a big deal, but the amounts of everything else was really, laughably skimpy - 2 leaves of spinach in a foot long sandwich, half a slice a cheese, etc. If you’re in Morro Bay, maybe take a pass and visit a locally-owned shop.
