New Ocean serves some of the best Chinese food in the central coast area. Despite some inconsistencies in service, the food is consistently good, with dishes like the pork egg foo young receiving high praise. The restaurant provides a quiet atmosphere, making it ideal for conversation. While the exterior may not be inviting due to past vandalism, the friendly staff and good food make it worth a visit.
