“We stop here regularly when driving from the Bay Area to Atascadero to visit family. It's the kind of Mexican food I grew up eating which sadly I can't really get where I live. I'm partial to a ground beef enchilada and the tacos governador, but there are lots of good choices of course. My son is a particular fan of the carne asada. The restaurant has a very friendly and kind of festive atmosphere. They have a slew of Michelada type drinks but on a larger level. Like it's a Michelada/Bloody Mary/shrimp cocktail combo. Not for me but my husband likes to try them. Festive like I said! And of course Mexican food always keeps the whole family happy.“
