Excellent food! I had the Korean short rib tacos, so good! Chatted with the person who took our order they made their own kimchi with less spice and a little sweeter than the usual recipe. It was soooo good! The person I went with had the Maple Texas Porkchop, and also raved it was one of the best. Planning to come back again. I really want to try their beet salad (they were out).Parking: Shared parking lot with other businesses.

Took my son to lunch here for his birthday - my first trip, his first choice! Not disappointed! I had a tritip salad (came with delicious chimichurri) and he had an impressive burger with fresh made potato chips! Great place. The owner/chef stopped by and chatted us up. Really a great place!

I ordered the fried chicken kimchi sliders and wow they were amazing!! The service was so nice and genuine. I’m not a SB native but if I was I’d visit all the time. Highly reccomend, chef mike is amazing!

From the second we entered the restaurant we were treated like royalty. Front of house staff was very approachable. Saw that I had a golden retriever puppy and informed me of their dog friendly patio and menu to boot. This was a first. Chef Mike visited our table and introduced himself. A very tenured chef that is constantly monitoring international news and weather to anticipate supply chain Villegas with fresh seafood and produce. He uses the best of the best ingredients in his fusions creating a very unique cuisine and culinary dining experience. All in an unassuming location that is purely central coast. Inwas blown away by the Korean short rib tacos with homemade kimchi. The bread pudding for dessert certainly followed suit. So much love goes into each dish. I enjoyed watching the expressions on the faces of other customers when their dishes arrived. They were clearly as impressed as I was. Keep up the great work chef Mike and staff. This is my new go to with guests from out of town. Prices were very reasonable making this a perfect destination to impress without breaking the bank. Additionally noticed an extensive kids menu with excellent options.

We had a great lunch at The Salty Brigade Kitchen. It’s become our ritual to stop off for lunch on our way up to Paso Robles. We missed Mike, but the staff made us feel right at home. Good food and great people there!Parking: Easy access to the restaurant. Always plenty of parking right in front of the restaurant.

Fast service, many options on the menu. Loved the drinks station (self serve). The food was prepared quickly, the burgers were fresh and tasty. I did get sweet potatoes with my burger and my daughter got the potato chips. I prefer the sweet potatoes. Good place to relax. They do have ordering for groups and accept credit cards. I am not sure that I would return since there are several places in town with great burgers but I must say that I am happy that we tried it. It was the perfect way of closing an otherwise busy day that extended until the evening.
The sliders are bomb. They let you customize you sliders and the food is fresh and tasty. The soda machine is awesome, it lets you customize you soda.

Some things have changed here since the changing of hands. That being said the food is still quality. The addition of the big burgers is interesting. Somehow, I miss the crazy combos of sliders, which are still there but with slightly fewer options.

This was my first experience at this place and I thought the food tasted very fresh. The only concern I had was the soda machine had limited choices and they didn't have cherry coke as a choice or cream soda. Also they gave me extra pickles when I asked for some more pickles. I highly recommend this place as the portions are perfect.
