They had no steak, no chicken, bowls, only the lids. They wouldn't make a quesadilla unless you ordered online.It's ridiculous..also the store is always extremely dirty.

Multiple times food delivered is wrong, ingredients in food wrong label says otherwise. Meat and dairy put into orders when not ordered. Hard to reach, phone calls reach prerecorded. Anyone I know who says they work there also claim it is a horrible place to work.

Overall it was good. It didn't wow me. The food is good but a little on the bland side. The chips are really good. The bowl is better than the burrito.

Just close already. This place is pathetic. We have eaten at chipotle in numerous states, even in two other countries, and this one HANDS DOWN is the worst. Shame on us for even coming back but we were craving it. They had guacamole (shocking), but were out of steak, barbacoa, sofritas, cheese, AND chips. The cherry on top was hearing an employee saying “I couldn’t care less.” The employees as though they would rather be anywhere else but here. ONCE there was an employee here who was covered in tattoos and jobbin like his life depended on it, could tell he had great work ethic, but we haven’t seen him in months. So, whoever owns this location, consider closing, unless you do an overhaul and hire people who want to work and can engage customers. Oh, and the tables were filthy and we had to throw our trash away and the neighboring eatery’s trash can.

this place is just awful, they treat the staff not right.they will hire you and then never give you hours and practically ignore you for weeks and then tell you “you don’t meet the standards.”CLEARLY their standards are very low.shame on them.

Last time I ordered from here it was terrible. It's been a good year and thought I would give it another try. I ordered my food off the app. Said it would be ready by 6:20. I got there at 6:10 so I knew I was early. Stood there and waited, and waited, and waited. Now its like 6:25, maybe they were busy by the look of the place. People came in placed their order got their food and left, while I still wait. Finally an employee asked me for my name, she left came back and said that they needed to remake it and I asked why and she said someone must of took your order. I highly doubt it as people who place mobile orders before me was still waiting. Finally I got my order, got home and couldn't wait to eat. Chipotle is not what it use to be. The food is way to salty, my chicken was way over cooked to the point the meat was crunchy. It's sad but I must say goodbye to them. To much money for food that doesn't doesn't make my tongue happy.

Where is the customer service nowadays??? Every time I order from this chipotle in santa maria, the service is terrible. Attitude, smart responses.. what has happened to greeting customers or assisting customers in a friendly manner? By the number of times I have ordered through doordash, walked in, or picked up, you'd think I'd learn my lesson by not going/ordering anymore. I try to give them a chance since, at times, rarely, it can be good. With the amount of negative reviews, this location needs retraining in customer service.

Went in to order a plain cheese quesadilla, which should have taken 3 minutes, and was told that since I didn't want the kids quesadilla that I had to order it online. I have been to multiple Chipotles in the past and this was not the case. I asked if this was new and he said that it has always been this way. Annoying visit and will be my last visit to this chipotle. Also very overpriced. Plain cheese quesadilla was $10!!

How hard is it to follow instructions....i ordered for pick up two completely differently bowls. One bowl was sofritas and the other with asada. They made both bowls with sofritas. Both bowls are missing ingredients. Also asked for side of salad dressing, the portion is a joke. Also the chips and salsa portion was barely anything as well. This place has definitely gone down hill. Chips were stale and cold. Clearly no one in this location cares about their job. Honestly should have just went to Taco Bell
