Cowboy Cookie & Ice Cream

Went around 3 they didn't have chocolate or white chocolate chip ask person if they were going to make more he said when they get a 2nd person. Then go back 3 hours later still no cookies. Was going to buy at least 8 cookies but when they don't have any how am I supposed to purchase.

We ordered a variety of 9 dozen cookies (buckaroo, cow chip, spotted critter, tumbleweed) as part of our dessert spread for our wedding. The order was placed and paid for a few weeks in advance. A family friend of ours went to pick them up the morning of as scheduled. Upon arrival she was informed that they had completely forgotten about our order and they weren’t able to get them ready in time. Luckily, there is a Cowboy Cookie in San Luis Obispo which is where our wedding was located. The person there was able to coordinate with the Slo location to have our cookies ready and done in time. Although this wasn’t the original plan, we are very grateful they were able to come up with a solution. The final product came out great and we didn’t have any leftovers!
