Went around 3 they didn't have chocolate or white chocolate chip ask person if they were going to make more he said when they get a 2nd person. Then go back 3 hours later still no cookies. Was going to buy at least 8 cookies but when they don't have any how am I supposed to purchase.

Cookies were right out the oven! Their frosted cookie ice cream is my daughters favorite! Their prices are okay but still taste good!

We ordered a variety of 9 dozen cookies (buckaroo, cow chip, spotted critter, tumbleweed) as part of our dessert spread for our wedding. The order was placed and paid for a few weeks in advance. A family friend of ours went to pick them up the morning of as scheduled. Upon arrival she was informed that they had completely forgotten about our order and they weren’t able to get them ready in time. Luckily, there is a Cowboy Cookie in San Luis Obispo which is where our wedding was located. The person there was able to coordinate with the Slo location to have our cookies ready and done in time. Although this wasn’t the original plan, we are very grateful they were able to come up with a solution. The final product came out great and we didn’t have any leftovers!

Had a cookie craving and got to the mall about an hour before closing. Inventory was very limited, only a couple of types were available which is understandable that late in the day. We got 4 different types and every one was gross. Not just not that good but actually bad. Very disappointing.

They don't have very much but what I was able to buy was kinda burnt. I've had other locations and I know there good but this location was so bad

Was at this Santa Maria location on tues feb 2. They had no inventory at the start of their day to sell me. They had been open since the Friday before and their grand opening was publicized to be 2 thru 6. Very disappointing "grand opening " They could have brought inventory from one of their other locations.
