Bad service. They do not communicate well. Added an extra topping to my pizza which I was charged more for but they ran out and I was not offered a refund or nothing of sorts. They looked confused on what to do. I just my took pizza and walked away.

I ordered a thin slice it had no sauce and the thinnest layer of cheese. Not only that, my entire pizza was all to one side. It was the worst pizza ever and we love thin crust. Sucks I have to give a star at

HORRIBLE!!!! even for Dominos, we ordered @11:23 am and after 1hour 30min, called the store to be told they were busy with school orders and it will be in 15min, @12:43 I called the store again and the acting manager "HOPE" didn't give me any. She said "I can cancel it or you can wait" I had waiting almost 2 hours I wanted my pizza so I said I would continue to wait. The pizza was cold and rubbery (probably from sitting under the "heat lamp" warmer for 2 hours. DO BETTER!!!!

I ordered my kiddo lunch at 11:23am ,at 12:25pm I called the store because the tracker hasn't changed they said my pizza was on its way. I called back at 12:48 and spoke with the manager on duty "Hope" who was very rude. She said my pizza is sitting under the heat lamp so it won't get cold (even though the tablet said it just got put in the oven) I asked her for an update on when it would be arriving she was unable to give me a time I told her my concern was I didn't want cold pizza. Hope said then cancel the order. I told her I would be happy to wait for it as I needed to feed my child it finally arrived at 1:10pm....... COLDDang really? I want a refund

Sent my gf to pick up some pizzas and she came home upset said that she was getting hit on by a cashier named Tonia. Even asked for her phone number as my gf was in the parking Lott managers please talk to your employees and make them understand that not all polite customers wish to be hit on thank you.

The best thing on the menu. Is the buffalo speciality chicken. One day when I’m on death row this I’ll order 5 meals of this and 6 large red bulls for my last meal. 10/10

Ordered a bacon & pepperoni pan pizza. Pizza dough was not cooked. Very soggy & greasy The cheese was not melted all the way, you could still see the form of the cheese pieces. Very disgusted. I’ve been calling but it’s not going thru “because the call party is temporarily unavailable.” Highly disappointed!

If I could give a zero I would! I order a pizza an hour before I walked into the store itself and they had the audacity to tell me it would be an additional 30-40 minutes not acceptable!!
I went to find out why my friend's chicken sandwiches had no chicken on them when delivered. Close to closing time. Just young kids were running the store. Not much customer service.

This is the reason people go back wanting to return their pizza from dominos wheres the toppings? I got a mushroom topping bell pepper and jalapeños pizza and on every slice there was a tiny little piece of tooping expensive and greedy

Food has been fantastic!!! Wish I could order more because of how great it has been each time I've gotten pizza.I decided to do this review thanks to the service I got from Linsey! She heard I needed help and came over to help the cashier who was taking my order.I really like that she kept coming back to make sure everything was good and I really like that she went above and beyond!! :)The ambiance was nice, it was cool seeing everyone working on different things and coming and going with deliveries as I waited for my Pizzas to be ready.Finally tried the Pan Pizza and it was beyond my expectations!! I just might order inside again next time instead of always thru the app
