Appointment time was 10:00 am and they had me in a door right at 10:00. It took a while for them to start loading me, but after they started, I was out of there. They finished loading me about 12:30 noon.

The shipping team is totally fraud, I checked in 11 am and they called me 9 pm and they said that we donât have product now. It will be ready tomorrow afternoon and when i informed to my company and I left the warehouse 25 miles far away then they called me again âwhere are you, we have your product , just comeback and get your product , you just have 15 minutesâ after that i said them it tooks 30 minutes to comeback and they replied we arenât gonna load you. Really I donât know what are they doing

I checked in at 1:00 PM for a 3:00 PM appointment. They told me to leave and come back at 3:00. Then 10 minutes later they called me to return immediately. I came back within 15 minutes, and they refused to load me.
The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of being reasonable, he told me, âWe called you, you didnât come, now youâll wait until all other trucks are loaded.â Then he made sure every truck that checked in after me got loaded first. I ended up sitting almost 7 hours before they finally decided to load me.
This manager clearly has no respect for driversâ time, no professionalism, and no understanding of how critical schedules are in this industry. If youâre a driver or a carrier, avoid this place at all costs. Youâll just waste your hours and be treated with arrogance and disrespect.
I had to pick up just three pallets and the load was ready for pick up since that morning

Quick in/out. If the product is ready, they load it. Check in early. You won't regret it.

Very organized shipper, working hours 0800 am to 0500 pm. Closed operations, turned off the lights and gone at 0600 pm. Overnight parking available. Portable toilets, very easy backup. Must move the axles before loading. Check in at security room close the main entrance.
I like it very fast service.
Come to this warehouse without hesitation.
