Appointment time was 10:00 am and they had me in a door right at 10:00. It took a while for them to start loading me, but after they started, I was out of there. They finished loading me about 12:30 noon.

Very organized shipper, working hours 0800 am to 0500 pm. Closed operations, turned off the lights and gone at 0600 pm. Overnight parking available. Portable toilets, very easy backup. Must move the axles before loading. Check in at security room close the main entrance.

Great place. Nice people. Took me early and fast loading. However had a single pallet on the tail, not good. And they do not provide any bracing like an air pillow or cardboard. I even asked for old pallets I could use. They had none. Hope it does not fall over.
