Half hr wait for a small drink, that I didn't end up getting. When I asked for a refund, I was directed to call customer service.

Terrible location. Menu says they have pumpkin but they don’t, drive thru took forever, my sandwich wasn’t even hot, and they forgot a item. Never coming back here

Would of gave this place 5 Stars easy. But the Older Lady in the bleached blonde hair , OMG, she is miserable, stresed out, rushes your order, told another worker i wasn't ready to order, but i was, No Customer Service at all, besides that, she had the nerve to put down the Company to a Customer, not making this up, was shocked, Customer asked if she get's overtime for 4th of July, she laughed and said, no, were not loved. Won't be back again if she is working. ( 2 younger workers were awesome, welcoming and polite. )

We came for the first time and came inside to order. We have been waiting for the past 20 minutes. 6 or 7 cars have gone through the drive thru and gotten their orders. Other people came in and ordered and got there's. Why is it that we had to wait so long. Get your business together.

Was told they only offer it with crossaints. The young kid would not give us his name. We did complain once because my ham and cheese croissant did not have ham or cheese and the bacon from something else was burnt. So he said that we complain a lot. It was the only time. The special with a bagel and he said they chose to so crossaints not bagels. FALSE ADVERTISING and HORRIBLE SERVICE. So do not deserve $20/hr.

This DD knows how to make their coffees! I've missed my DD from Indiana so badly. This location makes excellent pumpkin spice iced coffees. Yum!
