Love the staff here everyone's friendly, and the staff is always energetic and awesome. It has its usual rush I assume morning and for sure in the afternoon around 4-6 pm, but they work fast.

Had an ice annihilator with oatmilk not bad line was unexpected waited only about 30 minutes. Attendance was exceptional like Chick-fil-A style, polite service made for a pleasant experience.

The cashiers were very kind and had a beautiful gesture towards me that made me smile and made my day a little better. Thank you for showing kindness and compassion. Small acts of kindness has an amazing ripple effect of positive vibes so that we can continue to pass it on to others. Love Dutch bros. First rough experience. The 2 gals working the evening shift on 2/10 were to worried about talking to each other. You go to Dutch for the atmosphere. If I wanted cold employees I would go to Starbucks. Gotta care more, make sure the team does too.
