I recently went to Dutch Bros and had a horrible experience. This girl or they/them can’t tell nowadays who is on the heavier side with a bun and glasses was giving me attitude. She also had a mean face and an overall mean tone. I will not be coming back. Don’t get me started on the wait time. It should not take 15 minutes for a drink/waiting line. This is unacceptable. I hope they fire her.

This Dutch Bros is so quick there’s always a line when I come but they effectively zoom through the orders! My favorite drink is the Molten Lava latte with oat milk and broista Grace makes it perfectly every time!!

I go to Dutch Bros coffee a lot and this location is by far the longest wait if you use the drive through. I’m not sure if they served the walk up window first or what the deal is. It doesn’t matter the time either. 8pm or 11am, it’s slow and the coffee isn’t always correct.
My drink is always done right regardless who is working, always friendly, clean, and helpful.

Horrible. Rude. Did not make all the drinks that were ordered and paid for. Hot drink filled too high. Cap not on, so it spilled all over my thighs and my car. No apologies, no empathy. Vile. Will never ever go to this location again. If I could, I'd give zero stars. Called the corporate office. I'm still waiting for my money back, a voucher & an applogy. The attitude is beyond imagination.
