Thought they would have more of a Breakfast Menu? Went there recently. Got the Saddest Bacon Egg Croissant ever! Soggy, tasteless? I don't know why I ate it! Lots of cookies & cakes but I was hoping they had more. Probably wouldn't go back.

Ginas piece of cake is awesome! I went in and picked up 2 very small 5x5 pre made cakes last minute! They put them nicely in a box with tape which i appreciated! As i was walking home i stumbled and fell over a curb, dropping the cakes that i held both stacked on one hand!! As i was falling i seen the cakes mid air they did a 360 flip and landed on the concrete still in the box. As i stood up and picked myself up i was in a quick hurry to check on the cakes and seen they were still in there un harmed and still nicely decorated! Enjoyed one of them that same night and the other was my nephews smash cake for his 1st birthday! Thank u Gina for such wonderful cakes! I ended up with a badly scraped elbow and new, but very much worth it! Highly recommend 10/10

Ok so first off, I am so so incredibly disappointed that I did not get a straight photo of the CAKE!!!!! Too much going on to stop and do so. Gutted. BUT, I did screenshot a picture from a video I took. This cake was insanely amazing. Outstanding design and the flavor was exceptional!!!!! Chocolate cake, chocolate mousse filling and whipped cream icing. I love this bakery. I have been buying pastries, cookies, cakes, and muffins for years now. My husband loves their bran muffins, and I love the strawberry shortcake cups they offer most days, as well as their chocolate chip cookies, brookies and muffins. Everyone loved this birthday cake! All of the kids thought it was so awesome and cool!!!! A+++++++ for both style AND substance!!!! So glad I ordered a half sheet. We had 50+ people there and still took home leftovers. The cake ran just under $100 but it was worth every penny. I will continue to order all special occasion cakes from Gina's. Thank you to all of the staff for helping knock this one out of the park. Every single staff member I spoke with was very friendly, informative and helpful! You guys will forever be my 1st and only recommendation! Thank you again!!!

I have been ordering from Gina's for many years for my daughter's birthdays. The custom cakes are out of this world, and best of all is they taste great. The most recent turtle cake was a HUGE success. I always recommend the chocolate with fresh strawberries!

I was going to the mall to Lenscrafters decided to drop by Gina's piece of cake because I have seen that they have hoagies and I want some bread that was homemade. So for $2 I get four large French rolls and they are big enough that I can cut them in half and have enough bread for a sandwich so I have plenty of bread for that right now. I, tasted the bread and was fresh and delicious. Just like homemade French bread should be: delicious! The service staff took care of my request quickly, so I didn't have to sit down to wait at nearby table. I enjoy going to the mall, and seeing people and families with kids, enjoying a cookie or a cupcake Gina's piece of cake I can count on the highest quality of baked goods.

I bought a birthday cake for my wife. The cake was excellent and exceed expectations. I did however have an odd experience at the at the Orcutt location. Apparently you cannot do custom orders here, you have to go to the Santa Maria location. I think the Orcutt store can improve by taking the orders anyway and calling it in. The service at the Santa Maria store is excellent and the staff are very friendly. We will definitely use Gina's again! Highly recommended.

I ordered a cake for my partner's birthday here. Originally I was amazed by by how cheap it was, that is until I tasted it. The cake was very dry and darn near flavorless. I would have gotten a better cake if I bought a pre-made one at the grocery store. Very disappointed.
I ordered a Dutch Apple Pie from Gina's Piece of Cake Orcutt and we could not believe how homemade and delicious it tasted. I'm not kidding we have never tasted a pie so good. I would recommend if you need a delicious pie buy it from Gina's you will not be disappointed I guarantee you will love it. Sue Busbee

This bakery is so good. So far I’ve tried most of the cookies, including the M&M, chocolate chip, oatmeal chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, and chocolate chocolate chip. They are amazing, so soft and fresh tasting every time. I also just tried the pumpkin cheesecake for the first time and oh my goodness. I live about 25 minutes away but this place is worth the drive.
