“This location is a much better location then the one on S. Broadway, the service is good too.Seems like at this time (12-29-22, 11 A.M.) they may need a little more staff but they are handling well. The employees worked very well with a deaf customer who came in as well.Actually came to the table to hand out the food. Very kind ladies here.Food came out somewhat speedy and all looks good. The store is very well kept, clean and newly renovated. Bathrooms were clean and no code for them was needed.“
“7/20/25 Best experience I've ever had at a Jack in the box!! Lightyears better than the other one on Broadway!! That one left me never wanting to go to any of these restaurants again, but I'm glad I went to this one!! I will drive accross town for the service this restaurant provides!! “We order for take out. We waited in line to order over 15 minutes and they were out of the tiny tacos. They gave me regular fries when I had asked for curly fries. They don't carry raspberry ice tea. And still took another 15 minutes to give us our food.“
“I’ve always been pleased with my orders 9/10 times. only time it can be a pain is when you get stuck in rush hour/long line and it can take well over 15-20 minutes just to get some “fast food” but thats not their fault otherwise it always been great“
