Ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl with UBER but it came not full, Half bowl only, called jack in the box, they told me to bring the bowl back to get a replacement lol, it was my work time unfortunately like to it back, not happy, bad customer service by the phone man an the phone, picture attached

Well the food was great for what it was, (fresh). However, I ordered a double fish sandwich & a big box chicken. The only real problem i have is not the amount of food I get to enjoy it's all that food & only two dipping sauces & because she didn't asked she assumed i wanted ranch instead of leaving the ranch she stuck her hand in my bag to take her mistake & bad judgment I wanted ranch out my bag...
The only place open at 3:45 in the morning is this Jack in the box but they're not open they don't take orders till 4:15 someday other days they won't take cash or they'll take the only small bills. I'm really sick and tired of this place being the only place open that early in the morning and they're not open. Not to mention the woman running the place is not very nice she's kind of snotty. I wish there was some place else open that I would never have to go to this check in the box again cuz it's a damn shame to waste my money there

5 It was better, fresh and hot and I could understand the cashier! I'm pretty much done w Jack, we used to be like THIS🤞but for awhile now, quality is down, staff you can't understand half of them and the other have don't have any manners or courtesy skills. The prices have gotten out of control and the food looks NOTHING like the pictures. Add something to a combo and your already overpriced 8.99 combo becomes a $12.75 disappointment. Make your own mind but be ware.

First, they have signs that say 24 hours, but at 4:30 am I go in drive thru, and they say they don't open until 5:00. So I go run an errand and get gas, come back and wait. A couple people go in ahead of me after 5, and I actually order at 5:15:50 per my receipt. I have to pull ahead to front where the other two cars are waiting. My food finally arrives at 5:29. Seems like an unusually long time for one sandwich, two sides and a coffee. The usual mediocre food, but nothing unusually wrong with it, nothing missing, and the guy serving me was really pleasant about it, so that's why the second star.
