Very bad experience I always bought my food in my lunch there but the last time was on Wednesday because I got a nail on my seasoned potatoes, it wasn't a false nail it was a natural nail cut with my teeth and I went to the store and they just told me The girl said that couldn't happen because everyone there uses gloves. I told her that I couldn't fight or see who was right, but she justified everything. I told her that I was just letting her know so that they would be more careful. She continued saying that she would check the cameras, but that that couldn't happen because she was covering the lunch and the other person was wearing gloves,

Jack in the Box, in my opinion, is the worst fast-food restaurant in Santa Maria. Service is not that good at all, food is not that good compared to other fast food restaurants, and the fried food seems to me to have been sitting under those warming lights way too long. As for the Atmosphere, better watch out for all the transient people hanging around doing whatever they do. Not very safe!!!

Very long wait time both at the drive-thru and walk in. I don't like the prices. Not their fault. The staff is hurried, they do work hard.
Cold fries , my sourdough Jack look pre-made bun was hard and the bathrooms are a mess! Oh yes... And the prices are ridiculous!!
