Same they get paid $20 an hour and the french fries are always cold and hard there are sometimes I go and they have no ice how can they run out of ice it's just something that I go for lunch because it's close by to my work but if it wasn't I would not go there anymore

Really good at 6am. Ordered in the app and it was ready when I arrived.
It's a jack in the box. So ya know what you get. But this location is out of things an awful lot for some reason. I had to change my order 3 times to get something they actually had on hand. I almost wanted to ask them "what do you actually have?!" but I know it's not the chick working the drive thrus fault.

I went by at 4 AM during a night shift two nights in a row and there was nobody there to take my order. The first time the guy said he was taking his 10 minute break and to come back which is not okay. I’m pretty sure whoever is working the nights there are just lazy and don’t want to work at all. And then tells everyone that comes through that they are taking a break. Those people should all be fired. 24 Hour Drive thru is a lie.

Had a smash burger 2 small tacos and a medium drink over 16.00 bucks in California. Cheaper to go to a sit down like Dennys or some other family chain restaurants. The cost is not going to help fast food outlets I not be going to fast food outlets.
Shake machine always out of service. I love their shakes and its the main reason I go to Jack but their machine is never working unbelievable.

Took over 20 minutes to get my food # called and another 10 minutes to get a refund. Won't be going back. They prioritize the drive through. People that ordered way after me got their food before me. Dude that refunded me was nice though.

Cynthia is amazing. Is very welcoming, kind, considerate and smiles. Hard working, multitasks. I go to many restaurants including fast food and seems the norm these days are staff that acts like customers are a bother, grab the debit card out of your hand the practically throw the food at you all while not communicating smile or otherwise.
