7/20/25 Best experience I've ever had at a Jack in the box!! Lightyears better than the other one on Broadway!! That one left me never wanting to go to any of these restaurants again, but I'm glad I went to this one!! I will drive accross town for the service this restaurant provides!! Thank you for the good experience and for restoring my faith in humanity and the future of fast food!! 5 Stars!!

They were very slow and didn't tend to us right away. We waited 5 minutes for them to take our order.

Every time I come for lunch at 4:30am, the system is down for 30 minutes. I’m starting to think it’s not down and that they’re lazy.

At 4:00 to 5:00 almost every morning they say that they’re system is down and that they cannot accept orders. Like everyday? Don’t come here and expect to get serviced. The workers are super lazy

Same they get paid $20 an hour and the french fries are always cold and hard there are sometimes I go and they have no ice how can they run out of ice it's just something that I go for lunch because it's close by to my work but if it wasn't I would not go there anymore
