They asked me if I had a mobile order and I said no thank you and they told me they were closed I wanted to question them but I didn’t wanna cause trouble but I didn’t appreciate it cuz store hours say 11 and I saw they had 2 ppl one girl as a cashier mopping the floor and a guy so I just wondered why they didn’t wanna take my services this was around 10:28pm on September 9

When I ordered food I did not get a receipt or even asked for a name for the order. Very rude service. There is no napkins, the soda machine barely even works. Theres only lids for the big cups, no lids for the medium or small cups. Very dirty floor and tables. Food was cold and there was some curly fries in my regular fries. I’m never coming again to this jack in the box!!!

My food took longer than I expected to come out for a fast food restaurant and I couldn’t even sit inside , they have the AC running at MORGUE temperature! Too cold for customers . Anyhow, it’s a shame because I love jack in the box

It’s okay went there a couple days ago looked like there was only 1 worker in there soda tasted like cleaning solution food was good tho
So this morning stop to eat and this happens. My total was 14.01, hand the manager a 20.00, and for some reason they don't have change and the best part is it is not her job to have change foe the customers. WOW, GREAT NON CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT STOP HERE ANYMORE!!!!

Easily one of the worse Jack In The Box I’ve ever been to. Long wait on drive throughs, the food quality was very poor and I went the other day and they were out of sausage at 8 in the morning. I don’t know how they are still operating at this point. Every time I go it’s a negative experience.
