There's a Jamba Juice a location in a Santa Maria is great. It's located next to the Starbucks in this section of stores in the plaza. There isn't much inside seating but there are a couple tables outside where you can enjoy the weather outside. I usually get the classic smoothie like the Caribbean Passion and I've even gotten a couple of pastry items here. The sourdough pretzel is surprisingly delicious. Be sure to sign up for their rewards club so you can get points for purchases. They also occasionally run promotions so you can take advantage of that. Through the app you're able to easily mobile order things and items will be ready for you. As for the parking there is a little section right there by the store is limited but it is possible where you could get blocked in if the Starbucks drive-through line is really long. Overall this is where I will come and get smoothies if I am in town. The team here is usually very nice and I haven't come across any issues before.

Their storefront could be a little cleaner, and maybe like a fresh paint job. But the food and the process is just like any other standard Jamba juice. The staff were extremely friendly and willing to answer any questions I had about the menu. I would definitely come back here again. I will say their prices are pretty dang expensive, but then again, what’s not nowadays.

Wow! What a wonderful experience! Great drinks (since we ordered so many)! The staff was so polite ℹ appreciate the management and all the staff! I just wish more places were like this! I work in the same shopping center and this is my go-to when I work the day shift. Their rewards program is awesome!!! I'm always getting $2 or $3 off my orders (which seems like) every time I order. The app is easy to use and my orders are always ready when the app says they will be. The young ladies that work at this location are friendly, efficient, personable, and respectful. Keep up the good work ladies!!! I just wish the app had the tipping option (like sbucks does) cuz i don't always have cash to leave. (But when I do, I try and make up for it)​

NO QUALITY CONTROL!!! I thought I check out Jamba Juice as I had not been there in a long time, we purchased two drinks and both were substandard. Drink #1) Orange Dream Machine was served as a liquid, not a frozen smoothie, furthermore there was too much vanilla soy milk added to the drink where you could not taste the orange. Shouldn't it be orange with a hint of vanilla? Drink #2) Orange Carrot Twist was served lacking equal portions but was 90% carrot juice. The carrot portion was so overwhelming that I could not detect the orange, and make no mistake, the employee knew it was Orange Carrot as I saw her pour orange juice into the drink. It was an utter disappointment that Jamba Juice lacks the quality control needed to make a good smoothie. Tough Love: Management needs to get their act together and see that each drink meets the consistent quality control standards!! Based on our experience, I would not recommend nor return but go directly to their local competitors.

The cups have changed and it's not for the better. It went from styrofoam to paper. I get that it's definitely more earth friendly but they need to find a better way to keep frozen drinks frozen. I got a large smoothie to-go but I see patients all day so I'm not often at my desk. After a couple hours my smoothie has become liquid. Yuck. Not what I expected. Then after leaving it in the fridge for a couple days (don't judge) it leaked all over the place. Just disappointed.

I had somewhat of a large order and Sophia and Imane were the best!!! They were so quick, kind, and helpful - all while doing it with a smile on their faces. Great service and smoothies!! :)

tl,dr: Great! Drink is healthy and refreshing. Service is fast and clean. Likes: + Very convenient location. + Plenty of parking. + There's always no line when I stop by here, which is perfect for me. :D + Staff is friendly. And your drinks are served fast. + I ordered via app ahead of time. Though their system was down, they honored my order lickety-split. + When their system is running, they make the mobile-ordered drinks on time. + Drink is sweet and healthy and refreshing. And many options to choose from that share those same qualities. + Straw is fully wrapped. + Napkins available at the pick-up counter. Non-likes (4/30/2022): - I ordered a split cup. They handed me a large cup labeled 1 of 2. I asked if they made the split cup (which would be 2 of 2). The associate said that it's in the large cup I'm already holding; he would simply split my cup in two. I still think I should've received that additional 2 of 2 cup, since the large cup in my hand was labeled 1 of 2. - I think this location did not notify the app that they are out of Chocolate Sea Salt Bar. (Either that, or the Jamba app needs to be updated so it lets the customer know when a location is out of something.) I had ordered that food item on the app, but when I arrived, the associate said they're out and can only offer me Pirate's Booty, which I reluctantly accepted. @Jamba Customer Service's reply: Wait, Santa Maria? lol

Logan ignored me for 5 min until his manager Irene came out from the back and said something to him... Then He walked to the register without saying a word. I have never seen such a disrespectful person in my life working in the food service industry. When asking if he would take my order he said to "step up to the register next time so we know you're ready to place an order" Smh Then when explaining to the manager Irene what had happened, she informed me that she had seen me walk in on the camera and it wasn't 5 min.. Sad when it's obvious that someone hates their job as much as these guys clearly do.. because of Irene and Logan I will never spend another cent at this location.. Management sets the tone in a company and it's obvious this company has a lack of a good example.
