We had never been to one before but while we've been visiting the US we have wanted to try. We are so happy we did. The sandwiches were so good and the service was amazing! I wish I had gotten the name of the guy that helped us cause he was a star for sure!

They were not only incredibly friendly and fast, but they also went above and beyond to make our visit special. My daughter was celebrating her birthday, and they were sweet enough to sing Happy Birthday to her—even though that’s not something they typically do at Jersey Mike’s. It absolutely made her day! Sandwiches are delicious! Only thing is that the soda machine needs a very deep clean because it smells horrible when I walked up to it. I just threw my drink away😏……….. Come on Managers get on your crew.

Gave this place another shot, big regret. I ordered 1 club sandwich with no lettuce through the app. Picked up my order Sunday around 430 and not 1 customer inside. That should have been a red flag. Got home and there's lettuce all over my sandwich. Please hire people that can read. These retarded employees are gonna make you go out of business! Never going back.

I just purchased a chicken cheese steak. When I opened it at home it is beef. Very dry. Disappointed. I haven't ever had a problem at this store before.

The sandwich was mediocre at best even for a Jersey Mike's. The person at the register was nice though.

IMO, the best Jersey Mike's on the central coast! Always great sandwiches and fast, friendly customer service!

I was hesitant to try this after reading some of the other reviews regarding customer service and portion size, and I am pleased to report that it was an amazing first-time experience for us. We went at about 7pm, so it wasn't busy. Both of the male employees were helpful and friendly and more than happy to answer my millions of questions. My daughter got the turkey and cheese and I got the Mike's Famous Philly, and both were excellent, with generous portions of meat. We'll go again!

Vegetarian options: There is a portobello mushroom and Swiss option that looks delicious, and you can add things like onions, lettuce, and tomatoes to your sandwich. You could also order any of the sandwiches without the meat. I would caution vegetarians about anything prepared on the grill because I don't know if they have a separate area of the grill reserved for non-meat options or not. It would probably be more challenging to order a vegan meal though.

Dietary restrictions: Since each sandwich is prepared to order, you can add or delete items that don't suit you. There is even an option to skip the bread and get it in a bowl!

Kid-friendliness: The kid sandwich option is the perfect size and price for your kiddos or for you if you just want a quick snack.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped spaces are near the the store, and the restaurant is spacious enough to navigate around in.
