It's quite disappointing when a person orders an item from the meatless menu—specifically item #64, the portobello mushroom. After paying for the item and confirming that the order is correct, they end up biting into a meat sandwich. This is a serious oversight on the part of the food service workers! I lost 144 points on this worthless meal.

My husband and I had a really nice dinner here. The subs were delicious and I appreciated how the calories were displayed on the menu so that I could make an appropriate choice. It was warmer than we would have liked. We checked out the thermostat and it was set at 72. Too hot for a sandwich joint. It was a pretty hot day and it would have been nicer to have the temp set cooler.
We got the guys names who made our subs and spoke to the manager on the way out. Logan, Ian, and Josh made amazing food and were very friendly and helpful. Jackie, the manager, was also very pleasant.

I love Jersey Mike's. Number 13 no tomato made perfectly. The associates were also very nice and super chill. I went in 30 minutes prior to closing and felt horrible about it but they assured me it was cool. They had just mopped the floor and we're listening to music for the cleaning vibes. It was a quick order in and out.

The customer service at this location just gets worse and worse. You place an order in advance so that you don't have to wait because some people actually have to work a job. They tell you the order is going to be ready at a specific time. You arrive at that time, then sit in the lobby for an additional 15 minutes and not a single employee acknowledges you. Finally, you get up and ask if they have any mobile orders ready which are all sitting on the back counter. Not out on the front counter where they're supposed to be ready for pickup. All three employees are completely silent. Don't even say hello. Don't even acknowledge any of their customers. I swear this customer service at this location gets worse and worse every single week on top of being out of products consistently. Maybe it's time to start saving some money and spending it elsewhere that is more worthy. Honestly it just a disappointment.

Went to Jersey Mike's for the first time today and it was good don't get me wrong, but I asked for Rosemary Parm bread and I got the regular one :'( Overall, it was a good sandwich and great customer service and I got a free cookie for it being my first time :-)

Awesome Sub & the personal were awesome.
The manager who works there is really really good. One time some lady walked into the shop with her dog like that's a totally normal thing to bring to a sandwich shop and the manger stopped her right away and was like "we can't have dogs inside, I'll bring your order out" and I have never been so happy. This place is run really professionally and it shows. My only complaint is sometimes my online orders take too long... But I'll take it.

I love it, #7 it is a great sandwich. I will never go to that place across the street, ever again. I don't get heartburn at Jersey Mike's, like the other place. Tell Mike I said hello, and I like it Mike's way, but can you ask Mike to go easy on the lettuce, I didn't order salad, just the sandwich, a large cream soda and a brownie. Thanks again Mr Mike

The Orcutt location has THE WORST customer service! I have 3 different experiences with rude employees having obvious attitude. Tonight was the worst. I walked in with my two kids, had to wait for the supervisor to be available since the other employee wasn't able to slice the meat. That was fine with me. We had no problem waiting. The time we were waiting the young lady seemed to be in a bad mood and was giving us a "go away" vibe. The supervisor comes in and they make eye contact. By their body language and looks they gave one another it was obvious they were angry that we were there. They still had 30 minutes until they closed. I dodnt think that would be such a problem. The sandwiches themselves are really good but I decided it wasn't worth being treated badly just for sandwiches so I told them to forget it. The supervisor made a half hearted attempt to keep us there but really didn't care. Your employees are ruining your business. I have lots of experience in customer service. I am also never rude or pushy when I go to places. There was no reason to be treated so horribly. Even when you mobile order they practically throw your sandwich at you. So sad!!!!
Came in on a Friday night 30 minutes before closing. Staff was visibly upset with me for showing up 30 minutes before closing. Asked if they were still open and employee responded with,”I guess.” It was 8:35…
