The interior is colorful and inviting. Plenty of seating. The ice cream we got was delicious.

My first time here, my son got corn in a cup and a lime mangolado, He said it was not good. He said the corn was okay. The ice cream was good.

Rude customer service! Ask a simple question when getting an ice cream ! employee seemed irritated and raised her voice ! Very unprofessional and rude tone ! Not a pleasant experience!

Although the place is nicely decorated, the food is not the best for the price they charge and the music inside is insanely too loud. I wouldn't come back here.

Although the place is decorated beautifully, the food is not worth the price. What I didn't like the most is that the music is very loud in the store, it is uncomfortable to be inside eating. I wouldn't go back inside.

That place is no longer the same as it was a year ago.
Terrible service from the new employees. I asked that they not put one thing in my order and it was the opposite. To finish, the employee told me that I asked for it that way and that I had to pay for it. Thank God I'm not allergic, and apart from the very loud music.

We came in with my kids and friends and we were waiting in line but didn’t know what to order so we waited until we were read, we told the employees we were ready to order but they were skipping us couple of times so they were ignoring us. The last time I was there to order a drink an employee woman looks at me and skips me . Gave me an attitude and look like she was disgusted. I was skipped many times so this is not okay I see a lot of discrimination. I am not going back there this is not okay!!!! Disrespect and skipping us!!!

Food was alright, however I was helped by a lady who refused to speak english to me. Not only that but they also took a while to serve my food and got my order wrong. The service when I went the first time was way better than what it is now. Definitely going to another ice cream parlor next time. Extremely disappointed.
