The best bread shop in town hands down!! Friendly staff. Food was delicious from here they have a good variety of things to eat. A lot of pastries cakes etc. Definitely recommended if in the area looking for good bread. Their prices are reasonable too.

Love this bakery! I'm new here and have tried a couple spots but La Tapatia tops them all! Their puercitos are delicious (no pic because I always finish them before I leave lol and their conchas with sugar are to die for when you're craving pan dulce mix and I love their lunch options my fav is the Tortas!!! They're loaded! I choose the Milanesa and on the weekends they sell menudo, birria, and pozole! I always make sure to grab fresh bollilos on my way out and a champurrado y arroz con leche for my partner and the service is pretty quick compared to how packed they do get / busy. The works are always nice and friendly to me even though I'm barely learning Spanish (Cashiers do speak English so it helps)

Hands down the best Mexican bread in the area. They have a variety of different kinds of bread but my go to are the conchas. I buy a box each time I go and share with my family. The service is great as well, very welcoming. Will be back to try the tamales and the jericallas!

Expensive, by the way, the cashiers are calm about charging, they let years of lunch boxes go by. Ino, it's also fair. One time I ordered a tamale and a bolillo and the cashiers charged me like more than 9 dollars because I was a guajolota hahahaha hahahaha the dumbest thing ever I have heard in my

Workers are slow and give you bad service, lady took so long in the checkout and she started doing another task midway.

This place has gone down hill the last year. Never buying from them again. And sure they don’t need my money. Making food with spoiled products is illegal. Especially when those products contain milk or butter. .
This place used to be my go to every Sunday the last couple of weeks I noticed a huge change in quality and I though mistakes was made but after today it’s obvious they skimping the Tamales and worst of all the bread! After being a faithful Customer for 20 years I will have to look elsewhere, how sad for sure there must be new management or ownership

Good bread, but when I walked in, it was packed at 8:40 am. On a Thursday. Just don't go if you're in a rush to work.

First time in this highly rated bakery specializing in many assorted pastries, breads and desserts. Grab a tray and tongs to load your choices for purchase. Also, serving authentic Mexican food. Tamales available in 4 choices, I purchasing 2 pork and 2 chicken that were outstanding…and $2.75/each! Service was excellent as were the many customers in line with their well filled pastry trays. One of Santa Maria’s greatest businesses! Thank You?
